  I have visited Duke's Waikiki and Kauai. At each location the staff were very attentive, drinks on point, music and views great and the atmosphere outstanding. The salad bar is second to none, so load up and enjoy. My only complaint would have to be entrees. On each occasional they were NOT appetizing and I was forced to send them back. In Waikiki I ordered a chicken entree and it was STILL BLEEDING. In Kauai I ordered Baby Back Ribs. The ribs had been reheated and tasted as if they had been out too long. How long will always remain a question. My appetizer of crab and macadamian nut won ton were extremely salty, therefore, we didn't eat them. As it was Valentine's day, we still remained and enjoyed the view, music and drinks. I will continue to visit Duke's, but will stick with the salad bar. You should go and form your own opinion. Enjoy

  Great Food and Great atmosphere.
  
  Dukes is located close to the airport which makes it a great place to visit when you arrive or are leaving the island.
  The fish is changed daily to whatever is fresh and it is prepared beautifully. We only tried their beef once it was also excellent. Although our was prepared medium rare when we asked for medium (but this is a small issue. The salad bar (which I'm not usually a fan of is WELL worth it. Take is from a guy that doesn't normally do salad bars - try this one.
  
  Drinks are all very good. we tried (too) many of them and I don't think you can go wrong.
  
  Whether sitting inside or out, the atmosphere is great. There is a waterfall with Koi fish inside, and outside you have palms trees, the beach the and bay.
  
  We stayed ten days on the island and made it to Dukes twice because we were so impressed the first time.
  
  One criticism: This is nick-picky but management should speak to the hostesses. We sat near them on our last visit and they tended to be unprofessional - not in front of customers but when they thought my wife and I couldn't overhear... Not a big deal but it is an area they could easily improve on
