  I ordered from the app tonight. 2 drinks. I went to pick up my order and found there was only the second drink waiting. I asked the staff about the first drink (clearly the small receipt said order 2 of 2), and they said that the order probably didn't go through. So I showed them my recent purchase history, and amount paid for the order, but they still made me pay for an extra drink! Which was supposed to be there ready. I think it's time the staff start checking who picks up the drinks ordered by the app. I guarantee you there are free loaders waiting around in Starbucks to grab the already-paid-for drinks!

  This Starbucks is generally good, but can sometimes be inconsistent. I still give them 4 stars because they are always polite about remaking a drink when necessary.

  If you can go somewhere else, do so. It's just the typical Starbucks but for some reason it is totally slammed all day long. The line wrapped around the entire store and there is limited seating and area to wait.
